Location, lovely lobby, complimentary wine tasting, gracious, friendly staff. The room we were given was low end. Small, intimate hotel, all Kimpton hotels are my favorite, adequate gym, great location near shopping, restaurants and theater while also a few blocks away from the hubbub, easy access from freeways, very comfy beds, great bathrobes and bath products. Nice decor and great beds. It was raining hard and drain outside was loud. We were awaken all night. Very nice hotel, excellent location and good food within short walking distance.
