Good enough if you just need someplace to crash for a night.
N/A Considering how expensive downtown Seattle can be, this is a good hotel if you don't care about the view or 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. We recently attended a nearby wedding, and spent most of our time with our 2 year old checking out the sig...Read More

The very tight parking. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very nice and very clean. And even thought the parking was very tight it was still great to have that parking available. We (and are) would certainly stay there again.

Fresh cookies in the evenings.
Understaffed. It's in a handy location. The room was fine and very clean but the public space is tacky and not clean. The hotel is obviously understaffed, so prompt service is iffy.

Very convenient to all leisure sites.
Too many constructions surrounding the hotel, hopefully it will be for the best for future guests. Receptionist was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. The hotel looks old from the outside but very nice in the inside. Highly recommended for the price.

Proximity to Downtown Seattle.
Our room was not adequately sound proof noisy. Except for a noisy early morning group that came in (about 2:20 in the AM) the room was very satisfactory. The beds were particularly comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good for a moderately priced hotel.

They were conveniently located in the heart of Seattle.
There is not enough parking. This is a nice hotel, very friendly staff. Our room was very spacious and had a patio that we were able to enjoy. The downside was the parking. They do not offer enough parking spaces for every room in the hotel. The overflow parking was in pay lot next d...Read More
