Location was good, breakfast great. Rooms were small, not much grassy area for pet usage. Enjoyed our stay there - nothing glaringly wrong with the place. Awesome location to see sights in Seattle! Located centrally for easy access to area attractions. Phone didn't work; water dripped from ceiling near bed. Convenient location but "quality" is hardly the right adjective to describe this decaying hotel.

Good walking distance to space needle. The customer service stinks. Do not stay here if you expect professionalism from staff, common courtesy from the hotel front desk and manager.
